Can I try everything before I pay?

Yes. Designing is free: you can build your entire invitation in the editor, even without an account, and see exactly how it will look. A package is only needed at the very end, when you publish the invitation and share its link.

What is the difference between the packages?

Only how many invitations you can publish, and whether the premium styling extras are already bundled. The designs, RSVP form, gallery and maps are the same in every package. You buy a package once, and there is no subscription and no price per guest.

Do I pay again when I change something later?

Accepted Answer

No. A credit is used once, when you publish an invitation. After that you can edit it as often as you like. The link stays the same and your guests always see the current version, at no extra cost.

What does it cost?

You pay once for a package, with no subscription and no recurring fees. Designing is free, and you only need a credit when you publish an invitation and make its link public. Our pricing page lists the current packages.

Do my guests need an account or an app?

Accepted Answer

No. The link opens in any browser, on a phone, tablet or computer. Your guests never sign up, install anything or enter a password: they tap the link and they are in.

Question 6

What happens to my data and my guests' answers?

Accepted Answer

We build for the GDPR from Europe: the site is hosted in Germany, and your invitations and RSVP responses are stored on servers in the EU. The answers are shown to you, never to your other guests, and they are deleted when you delete the invitation or your account, at the latest twelve months after the event date. Our privacy policy names every provider we work with and how each transfer is safeguarded.
