by means of a clear declaration (e.g., a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments we have received from you, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract.

For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

Special Provisions for Digital Content

Early Performance

If you have requested that the services begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the point at which you notify us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal under this contract, compared to the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.

Early Expiry of the Withdrawal Right

Our service (publishing an invitation by redeeming invitation credits) is a digital service or digital content provided online immediately. During the order process, and before the contract is concluded, we obtain your express consent for us to begin performance before the withdrawal period expires, and you confirm that you lose your right of withdrawal once performance begins.

For a contract for the provision of a service, the right of withdrawal expires if we have fully performed the service and only began performance after you gave your express consent and simultaneously confirmed your acknowledgment that you lose your right of withdrawal upon complete performance of the contract by us (Section 356(4) BGB).

For a contract for the supply of digital content not provided on a physical medium, the right of withdrawal expires if we have begun performance of the contract after you expressly consented to our beginning performance before the expiry of the withdrawal period, you confirmed your acknowledgment that by giving your consent you lose your right of withdrawal once performance begins, and we have provided you with a confirmation of this contract in accordance with Section 312f BGB (Section 356(5) BGB).

Exclusions from Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the cases described above under "Special Provisions for Digital Content", that is, where you have expressly consented to our beginning performance before the withdrawal period expires and have at the same time confirmed that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal (Section 356(4) and (5) BGB).

In addition, there is no right of withdrawal from the outset, in particular for:

  • Contracts for the delivery of goods or the supply of content that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer (Section 312g(2) no. 1 BGB).
